Recently I got an opportunity to buy a flat in Hi5 Tower, Thiruvanaikoil, Trichy developed by M/s CS Housing Promoters headed by Mr.Saravanan and Mr.Britto. I am really very happy and satisfied with the way the building is built i.e quality of constrution, amenities, finish, fittings, parking, security features and particularly wide staircase and the corridor which is very spacious. Before buying this I have visited and analysed various construction in and around Srirangam and T.V.Kovil, but my inner feel accepted only this construction due to various parameters mentioned above. I must appreciate Mr.saravanan and Mr.Britto and their staff for attending our grievances even now. Mr Saravanan and Mr.Britto are reachable any time. I wanted to mention this mainly because of after sales service is not done in many other companies. My congratulations and best wishes for their future projects. My Experience about the Flat @ Hi5 Tower :- Very new to this place (city) and visited the site and well explained to me about the project before purchasing 1.Construction top notch up to the grade.Even the paint quality is very costly compared to other paints. 2. Well experienced engineers they have 25 years of experience. 3. While speaking /talking to them I can feel the way of truthfulness / genuineness, not seen much in this industry and they stand by and still support for ongoing site and completed sites. 4. Many constructions /builders withdraw their services once the work /site is completed but CS Housing Promoters are doing top notch after sales and service. 5. Staffs are polite and friendly. 6. Fit and Finish are very premium. 7. Sqft is costly but there is no compromise in quality of work and the products used. 8. This is my genuine review and I don’t know why few people giving bad reviews /ratings and all. 9. No flats installed lighting arrester except “CS Housing Promoters “ done this good job, which is very important in safety measures. I hope this is good opportunity to share my review and feedback about CS Housing Promoters and I would recommend them to friends and families😊 God bless all Thank you

I'm a proud owner of one of the flats at Metro Village, Srirangam. Metro Village offers a very comfortable living in many ways. While climbing the stairs, I feel comfortable because each step is only 6 inches in height. The corridors are very spacious. Inside the flat, above the window, an additional opening covered with glass is provided for extra lighting. The construction materials used and household fittings are of a very good quality. The houses in the Second floor are provided with false ceiling and Mosaic at Terrace to reduce the heat. Other notable amenities include a Community Hall, mini gym, Driver room, Extra toilets for visitors etc. Which provide an extraordinary trouble-free living.

This flat is perfectly fits my needs, the corridors and steps are very spacious and well ventilated. After sales and service is great. Any problem was attended to immediately and to my satisfaction. While handing over, the house was in a perfectly clean condition even in the corners. In bathrooms, the laying of tiles was very good without any patch work and the slope of floor was perfect. Over all finishing was ex-ordinary.
